A deep, square-shaped basket-weave dish with a flat everted rim, narrowing down to its base. Red earthenware, with a white slip painted over in green and brown tones, and finished with an oil-green glaze. The bottom is decorated with a pair of pears in relief, while the everted rim displays star-and-crescent motifs at its four corners and diamonds in relief running in between. Stands on a twisted foot shaped and stuck to the body so as to harmonize with the basket-weave design. The base is also glazed.
